Judged over a period of time to be of the highest quality and outstanding of its kind.
Andreas (the tallest chap), a photographer and graphic designer, and Adrian, a former ballet dancer, ooze outstanding sophistication and class. Their photographer, Roland Faistenberger, chose the location based on a vision that he had for these graceful gentlemen – the construction site of the newly developed Viennese town of Seestadt Aspern. Perfection. Roland states that the location “offers a raw and impressive setting for a photoshoot”, and we couldn’t agree more.
Roland also “envisioned a fancy but cool look for the shoot.” Thus the boys’ chosen was attire influenced by a classical approach, elegant tuxedos.
The boys met at a club about 5 years ago. “After several months of sometimes more sometimes less intensive contact we started dating. We’ve been a couple for almost 4 years now and we’ll get married this October.”
“We feel very fortunate to have been able to travel quite a bit together (Tokyo, New York, Barcelona, Bucharest, Belgarde) which we really enjoyed. On a more day to day basis we do a lot of sports together, love going out for a nice and sometimes fancy dinner, watching a good movie or seeing a show/play in the theatre. We also enjoy a comfy evening cuddling on the sofa and watching TV. ;-)”
“At the beginning of the shoot with Roland we both were a bit nervous but he gave us great directions and guided us through the shoot. With every click we gained confidence and got more and more relaxed. In the end we spent a great afternoon/evening together and had a lot of fun.”
“Roland is a perfectionist who has a very clear idea about what he wants in his mind. Still, he makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in front of his lens – even when you are wearing a tuxedo and standing in a gravel pit. He works very fast, gives a lot of helpful directions so you never feel lost. Also the communication before and after the shoot is very uncomplicated. But I guess our most favorite part was the time we saw the pictures for the first time and had this WOW-moment.”
With the stunning contrast between the raw setting of the gravel construction site, the obvious tenderness between the boys, and the classic and polished style of their tuxedos, we could not resist sharing this shoot that exudes sophistication.
We are certain that this gorgeous shoot will not disappoint. You are most welcome.
